It all began in a small espresso bar in Waterbury, Connecticut. Growing up behind the counter of his parents’ café, Tony learned early on how to serve the local Italian community with the traditions of the old country. His summers, however, were spent in Italy with his grandparents—an experience that instilled in him a lifelong reverence for the culture and craft behind truly exceptional food and coffee.
From repairing local espresso machines to powering the region's top kitchens, Tony’s journey has always been fueled by technical skill and authentic Italian partnerships. Now, Caffè Italia Enterprises is a leading force in commercial equipment, offering expert sales and support for both pasta and espresso systems.
