All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong order, or taste preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (203) 757-5320. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
