Double basin stainless steel industrial pasta extruder ideal for fresh and dried pasta workshops. This machine mixes and produces dough sheet, short and long pasta by simply changing bronze dies. Can be put in line to produce tagliatelle, lasagne-cannelloni, ravioli, and cappelletti.
